Mikey's 2nd Birthday!

Mikey's birthday morning we surprised him with markers, stickers and construction paper for his birthday....what more does a kid need?
Mikey didn't want to blow out his candle so big brother Will stepped into help!

We can't believe our baby is 2! Boy how time flies! Mikey has turned into such a joker, he is seriously so funny and loves to make us all laugh. He plays hard, always trying to keep up with Will but he is such a snuggler too. And speaking of snuggling. He has always loved Will's big boy bed so we decided to get him his own for his 2nd birthday. We set up his new bed and left his crib in his room for the first night...but he wanted no part of it...he went straight for his big boy bed and hasn't looked back! We are so proud of him!

Halloween

We had a great Halloween this year and Will really got into carving the pumpkins. He picked out both of the faces and they turned out perfect! We also roasted pumpkin seeds this year and they turned out SO yummy! The boys had fun trick or treating but after about a block Will was ready to head home and eat some candy.

Will has been talking about driving for so long. He loved to drive around the backyard in his own pretend car, he'd "drive" to Denver, pick up friends, and even drive us around in the backseat. And ontop of that he LOVES John Deere tractors. Whenever we see a tractor....its a John Deere. So when Mike and found this John Deere Gator we knew we had to get it. He was SO excited and has proven himself a very safe driver. Now he asks us...."so when do I get to drive a big car like you and dad?"

Will absolutely loves trains, so for his birthday Grandma and Grandpa took us all for a ride on the Heber Creeper!
