We took Will on his first train ride...The Polar Express! And boy did he LOVE it!! For our out of town friends and family, an old fashioned steam engine in Heber City, UT decorates their train every year and hosts Polar Express trips. It's an hour and a half long train ride where they serve cookies and hot cocoa (just like in the book), read the Polar Express book, sing Christmas carols and yes....we met Santa Claus! And Santa gives all the kids a bell just like in the book, its all very cute and the kids love it! Will had so much fun but was pretty pooped by the time it was all over. We're definitely going to make it a family tradition and do it next year! I highly recommend it, the kids absoloutely LOVED it!

Happy Thanksgiving!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving this year, we have so much to be thankful for! We celebrated with my family, enjoyed turkey and all the fixins, and then retired to the couch for a family movie...Madagascar. Will had never seen it before and thoroughly enjoyed it! You could say he got the "I like to move it move it" groove. Watch the movie at the bottom and get ready to laugh! We ended up replaying the end of the movie 3 times so that he could keep dancing, he kept asking for more, more!!

It's a ........

Boy!!! And boy were we ever wrong! Mike and I, along with a lot of family and friends were absolutely for sure that this baby was a girl...but to all of our amazment, its another boy! We couldn't be happier, the news overjoyed us both! Mike is so excited (being Irish and all) to have another boy and on St. Patty's day of all days (assuming we have him on our due date.... yeah right!). And Will has given us both some much happiness and love that we just can't wait to see him in action as a big brother! He'll be the best!!

Happy Halloween...Arrgh!

Grace and Will

Tired Pirate!

Will did great this Halloween, he seemed to love the idea of walking up to houses and having people put treats in his bag! We trick or treated with his cousin Grace and a few other kids, which of course made it all the more fun for Will. He was quite the trooper and kept up with the older kids. Of course Mike's shoulders made for a great rest! We had so much fun with our little pirate and can't wait for next Halloween!

Solitude hike!

We went for a hike up to Lake Solitude, it was beautiful! The wildflowers were out and the weather was perfect! Will also got to ride the chair lift, which he thought was pretty cool!
